Life doesn’t have to stay overwhelming. Take back your balance, ease the stress, and step into the more fulfilling life you deserve.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges, particularly within families and couples. I believe in combining evidence-based methods with genuine compassion to help clients find clarity and resilience.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients through difficult life transitions, family conflict, and the lasting effects of trauma. I am also trained in mindfulness-based interventions, motivational interviewing, and strength-based therapy, which allow me to meet clients exactly where they are. Above all, I strive to create a safe and collaborative space where individuals can heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Practices include Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Behavior Modification, and Exposure Response Prevention
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps individuals process and reframe distressing memories in a safe and structured way. It combines cognitive techniques with emotional support to reduce trauma symptoms and improve daily functioning.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy blends mindfulness practices with cognitive strategies to help clients manage negative thought patterns. It is especially effective in preventing relapse in depression and reducing anxiety.
Behavior Modification focuses on reshaping unhelpful behaviors through positive reinforcement and practical habit changes. It empowers clients to replace harmful patterns with healthier, goal-oriented actions.
Exposure Response Prevention gradually and safely exposes individuals to feared situations or thoughts while helping them resist compulsive reactions. This evidence-based method is highly effective for treating anxiety disorders and OCD.
